Return & Refund Policy

At Holly’s Crafty Corner, each item is handmade with care and lots of love. 💗 I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read the policy below before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because my products are handmade, I ask that you contact me within 7 days of delivery if you would like to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Please contact me before sending an item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

I carefully inspect and package every order before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue.

Depending on the situation, I may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, I will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on my part.

Cancellations

Because ready-to-ship orders may be packaged and shipped quickly, please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Handmade Items

Every item from Holly’s Crafty Corner is handmade, which means there may be small variations in glitter placement, colors, patterns, or other details.

These slight variations are part of the handmade process and make every piece unique. They are not considered defects.

Future Personalized & Custom Orders

As Holly’s Crafty Corner grows, personalized and custom-made products may become available. Different return and cancellation policies may apply to custom items, and those terms will be clearly provided with the product.
